About Us

Employer Partners

We work closely with a wide range of public, private and voluntary sector organisations, as well as universities and colleges. Acting as a single point of contact for schools, we make it easier for employers to engage in a way that is coordinated, meaningful and mutually beneficial.

We currently have 22 formal Employer Partners, who play an ongoing role in supporting children and young people across our Trust schools. Alongside this, we also work with many other organisations on a more flexible or project based basis.

These sustained partnerships help ensure young people gain real world insight, build confidence and understand the pathways available to them.

Not an Employer Partner?

You can still get involved

You don’t have to be a formal employer partner to work with us and we are always pleased to hear from interested organisations and individuals. We welcome involvement from businesses and organisations of all sizes who want to support children and young people in ways that suit their capacity and expertise. This might include:

Serving as Trust Governors
Supporting our World of Work offer through delivering career talks, workshops and other careers activities
Providing work placements and workplace insights
Supporting programmes and events through sponsorship
Offering staff time, expertise or in kind support
Exploring short term or pilot collaborations
