A Splash of Colour Exhibition

A Splash of Colour is our annual celebration of creativity, taking place every year during the Easter holidays.

The exhibition showcases artwork created by children and young people from across our Trust schools, transforming libraries and community hubs across North Tyneside into vibrant public galleries. For many participants, this is a rare opportunity to see their work displayed beyond the classroom and shared with the wider community.

Families, residents and visitors are invited to share the creativity, ideas and perspectives of local children and young people, helping to strengthen connections between schools and their communities.
For children and young people, A Splash of Colour builds confidence, pride and a sense of achievement.
