Apprenticeships

Apprenticeships are a flexible and cost effective way to develop skills, build capacity and support career progression. North Tyneside Learning Trust supports its partner schools to explore, promote and manage apprenticeship opportunities, working alongside local authorities, training providers and employers.

In schools, this can include developing teaching assistants, business and finance staff, site teams, early years practitioners and aspiring leaders, as well as creating pathways for young people leaving education.
