Networks
Our networks bring colleagues together to share practice, build confidence and develop expertise in key areas of school improvement. They provide structured opportunities for collaboration, professional dialogue and peer support, helping schools learn from one another and respond collectively to emerging priorities.
AI Network
The Trust is leading work to explore how artificial intelligence can be used safely, ethically and effectively in education.
Our AI Network meets regularly to share learning, explore practical applications and develop time-saving solutions that support teaching, learning and curriculum delivery. The network provides a collaborative space for schools to shape approaches, test ideas and develop shared protocols in this rapidly evolving area.
Partner Schools are invited to join this specialist group and contribute to the development of practice that can be shared across the Trust.

Science Subject
Leader Network
The Science Subject Leader Network supports primary science leaders to strengthen subject leadership and drive high quality science teaching across their schools.
Through regular meetings, participants have opportunities to collaborate with peers, share effective practice and access expert guidance. Sessions include practical workshops, discussion of curriculum developments, and time to reflect on and refine whole school science provision.
The network supports subject leaders to build confidence in their role and develop the knowledge and leadership skills needed to lead improvement.

SEND Network
The SEND Network brings together school leaders and staff to share learning, explore inclusive approaches and strengthen SEND provision.
The network provides space for professional dialogue around practical strategies, interventions and leadership of SEND, supporting schools to meet the diverse needs of children and young people more effectively. Participants benefit from shared problem solving, training opportunities and access to relevant resources.
