77% of the year 11 students who attended our 2024 CareersLive event found it helpful for careers information.
What the young people say:
“I learned about my options of what I can do after high school”
“It showed how much opportunity that company really offers with all the different jobs”
What the volunteers say:
“It was a great event filled with students interested in exploring their options”
“The value of these events for young people is great – even just being around unfamiliar people can be a challenge sometimes. It’s not just about sharing information on next steps, it is about social skills and confidence too”
