In light of the current Coronavirus pandemic it has become more important to celebrate the amazing and exceptional qualities that children and young people from North Tyneside Learning Trust schools are demonstrating.

From meeting the challenges of home schooling to helping out family, friends and the community safely, children and young people from Trust schools are showing themselves to be outstanding.

To honour and recognise this, the Trust and the awards main sponsor Vision for Education are working together to keep 2020 Star Awards open until the end of the academic year for parents, teachers, family and friends to ‘Nominate a Star’.

Every child or young person nominated will receive a certificate and will be encouraged to upload a picture of themselves with their certificate to twitter using the #NTLTVirtualStarAwards2020

So if you know of a child or young person who has shown outstanding resilience, adopted a can do attitude, demonstrated exceptional acts of being useful and kind , volunteered to help others or has just been amazing then here is an opportunity to recognise them.
