NTLT Star Awards Nomination Form 2024

Before submitting a nomination, please note the following:

  • Only children and young people attending a Trust Partner School will be considered for an award
  • We only accept nominations for individuals. Pairs and groups will not be considered for an award
  • The Star Awards focus on non-academic achievement, please bear this in mind when making a nomination
  • North Tyneside Learning Trust reserves the right allocate a nomination to an award category different to that suggested on the nomination form
  • North Tyneside Learning Trust reserves the right to withdraw an award category at any time

Deadline for nominations is Friday 26th April 2024. Applications received after this date may not be considered.

Star Awards Nomination Form 2024

Only children/young people attending a Trust Partner School can be nominated for a Star Award
The selection panel will take this into consideration but make choose to short list them for an alternative award.
Please tell us about the person you are nominating, details of their achievement and why you think they deserve an award.
Nominations less than 100 words may not be considered for an award due to lack of detail.
